After a marvelous time singing Mozart and Michael Haydn with James Bagwell this summer at the Bard Music Festival, I’m looking forward to an incredible season, featuring Madame Butterfly and La Traviata with the Washington National Opera (tickets go on sale September 10), Mahler’s Symphony No. 8 with the Metropolitan Opera, and at least two solo concerts that are in the books in Michigan and Northern Virginia.

First, you can get your tickets now for the opening of the NY Philharmonic season with Gustavo Dudamel! We’ll be singing John Adams’s On the Transmigration of Souls, which was first co-commissioned by the NY Phil as a reflection on the 9-11 attacks.
